 April, Insurance Coordinator
April got her start in dentistry in 2013 and quickly learned all about dental insurance and how to efficiently work with them to get the best results for our patients. April's grandmother worked in a dental office when she was a child, which made going to the dentist fun and exciting.
April enjoys exercising, Netflix binging with her kitty Milo, and traveling with her husband, Nick, and their friends. You can also find her cheering on her favorite team, the Raiders.
 Molly, Registered Dental Hygienist
Molly is a Registered Dental Hygienist and graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Hygiene Program. During her education Molly worked with a fellow student and faculty researching a possible connection of tobacco use and increased risk for decay. She was inducted into the National Dental Hygiene Honor Society, Sigma Phi Alpha, in 2010. Molly enjoys building relationships with her patients and assisting them in improving their oral health.
Outside of the office, Molly loves spending time with her family, husband Tyler, and children Carly, Charlotte, Cora, and Connor. She also enjoys spending time with friends, reading, cooking, and cheering for the Kansas Jayhawks and KC Royals.
 Kirsten, Registered Dental Hygienist
Kirsten started at Lenz Family Dental in April 2019. She attended Texas A&M University before graduating with a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene in 2017. While studying at UMKC, she served as her class social chair and participated in several community outreach projects that served the Greater Kansas City area.
In her free time, she enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband Bryan, two daughters, and their yellow lab, Grey.
 Susan, Registered Dental Hygienist
Susan joined Lenz Family Dental in October 2024. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. While there she took an interest in and pursued advanced instruction in oral radiology. Susan was raised in St. Joseph, MO, and spent many years practicing there. She has two grown children, Lindsey, (son-in-law, Trenton) and a son, Josh. She made the decision to move a bit further south to Overland Park to be closer to family. The entire Lenz Family Dental team and patients have made her career transition a very pleasant one.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her kids and especially her grandbabies, Jack and Hallie.
 Mesha, Dental Assistant
Mesha started with Lenz Family Dental in 2015. She graduated from Concorde Career College in 2012. She enjoys interacting and caring for her patients. She is always striving to make their experience as enjoyable as possible. The joy you see on a patients face after getting their new smile is amazing to be a part of.
Outside of the office, you can find Mesha playing basketball, cooking, and baking. Her fiancé, children, family, friends, and dog Blu keep her grounded as well.
 Miriam, Dental Assistant
Miriam joined Lenz Family Dental in October 2020. She has been assisting since 2008 and has been passionate about dentistry ever since. Miriam strives to make sure every patient feels comfortable and has a great experience in our office.
Outside of work, she spends her time with her husband Mason, their two kids Aven and Rosalina, and let's not forget about their three fur babies Izzy, Theo, and Musket. She loves to spend her free time reading and cheering on the Chiefs.
 Mindy, Front Desk
Mindy joined Lenz Family Dental in June 2023. She loves talking and connecting with people so front desk was a natural spot for her. Mindy is originally from Hays, KS, but moved to Olathe when she first started teaching in the Olathe School District.
Outside of the office she enjoys taking walks with her husband, Adam, watching her three children compete in their sporting events, staying active, reading, and being with her family.
 Amanda, Front Desk
Amanda is happy to be back in the Kansas City area after spending 14 years in Houston, TX. She joined our team in July of 2024. Amanda is dedicated to providing helpful and friendly service to every patient.
Outside the office she enjoys traveling, outdoor activities and spending time with her Maine Coon, Tex.
